For the resolution of any dispute arising from these Terms, the parties expressly submit to the jurisdiction of the competent Courts of Mexico City, waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them by reason of their present or future domicile.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mirthboundmx, its directors, employees, agents, and associates against any claim, demand, damage, cost, or expense (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your use of the Site, or your violation of any law or right of a third party.
10. General Provisions
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The failure of Mirthboundmx to exercise any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
